Firstly, what is one-way link?
One-way links are links to your site from sites which do not receive a link from your site. You simply place your site link on other sites so that whoever visited that sites will be directed to your site.
One-way links are wonderful things to have because they increase your link popularity - the number of pages linking to your site. Search engines such as Google place huge importance on link popularity when ranking your site.
Got the idea? So now, how do you do it?
1. Write articles and submit them to the top article directories. Write quality content that will encourage others to link to your site. The more informative your content, the more likely people are to link to it. These are sites where you’ll find tons of visitors:
2. Submit your link to Traffic G directory. There are both paid and free directories that you can submit your link to and both are very valuable.
3. Some blogs accept links from other sites. This is a good way to get your link out there, whilst keeping within your niche.
4. Paid linking services. Be careful which one you choose. Some services, such as three way links, can make a huge difference to your site, but others, such as link farms will do more harm than good.
5. Post your link in your signature in forums. Make sure you write quality posts, not spam. This will also make people more likely to click your link.
6. Comment on related blogs and add your URL in your signature. Again, make sure you never spam.
Implement a few different methods and you will see the results. It is definitely worth combining both free and paid methods to gain maximum exposure.
